It says that I have to modify the time Igo to bed. It recommended trying to go to bed between 11pm and 2 am in the morning..I did not have this issue last week. It started this week. Please correct these numbers.is it in Eastern time?

Where are you seeing "recommend hours" Are you using an app?
If you are using Samsung Health, the software uses an algorithm, not AI.
