Widgets transparency settings not working

When I insert the Samsung Internet search widget on to the home screen I increase the transparency. However as soon as I press ok, the widget goes back to being opaque. Has anyone else experienced this behavior? 

Also most of the other widgets for Samsung apps no longer have a transparency setting. The only choice is clear or with a background color which is very jarring against my background. Samsung can you please bring back the s24 widgets. They worked perfectly fine.

I have the same issue, quite annoying as i like to be able to see my wallpaper

On the S24 Ultra I had the long Notes widget and the long Device Care widget and they would go full transparency. S25 they no longer do that and their updated icons look atrocious. Much less clean looking than it used to be.

what is a disappointment is the S25 so far, very simple things like this setting to set the widgets to transparent have been cut out. A basic set has come in return that looks graphically awful. The same goes for the app icons by the way . very unfortunate. i hope Samsung puts this option back.

Agree 100%...I was so annoyed when I realised the transparency setting has changed. I like looking at my background themes but now I can't.

I have encountered issues with the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra widgets, specifically related to text layout and customization options.

1. **Text Layout**: I have noticed that the text layout within the widgets is problematic. The text size is not adjustable within the widget borders, leading to readability issues.
2. **Customization Limitations**: There is a lack of availability for different text fonts, which limits personalization and visual appeal.
3. **Automatic Text Color**: The ability to manually customize text colors would be great. Depending on the widget background image, the text color automatically sets to either black or white, which can sometimes make it difficult to read because there is no option to adjust the text size within the widget border.

I believe addressing these issues would significantly enhance the user experience and provide greater customisation options for users like myself. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I look forward to seeing these improvements in future updates.
