Restart the router. After that comes back up, go into settings/general management/reset/rest Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings then press reset. Then after that use the login credentials to connect back to the Wi-Fi. Note that on that reset, it will remove all Bluetooth devices that are paired to that phone and they will have to be paired again.
