App when receiving a new voice message shows an error message called Samsung said they were going to troubles then all of a sudden he can't hear me did the diagnostics on the phone in mic is working perfectly fine on both of them so representative did not really want to help
Voicemail is a carrier issue. When you call anyone, transmission problems ate always possible, sot it's probably not that the rep didn't want to help you. Could have been an issue at their end or yours.

Yeah I love how it always convenient that the person when I try to get something resolved through Samsung that they all of a sudden can't hear me when they say we will help you hello hello I'm going to hang up now
You know, I have had customer service interactions with various companies over the course of my life. There are many times when either my phone or their headsets conked out, necessitating a callback. This has happened to me even on non customer service calls. It happens. Sometimes you are just in the wrong spot in your room. It would be very hard to tell which end is at fault. I can't imagine myself accusing the CS rep of just deciding not to deal with me. Of course, I have had interactions where they just straight out hung up on me, but that was more due to my attitude than anything else. And, FYI, if you are rude or shout at or talk over a CS rep, they are allowed to hang up on you. However, voicemail is still a carrier issue. And, if you get an unhelpful CS rep (from any company), you can call back.

That is all true I have also had 20 plus years of customer service as either a manager or other positions I just should have waited before posting to not be so hot-headed but I was not thinking that it could have been the other end that was having the issue and just shouldn't think that someone just says they're going to help and then seem like they're just saying that so thank you
did the issue with App when receiving a new voice message shows an error message get resolved? I am having issues with voicemail app not displaying voicemail and tried refreshing, than error message occurs. Haven't received voicemail messages in the app since 9/29, but dialing *86 or *89, the voicemail messages are available
