Very little customization for app icons

Please add a feature to customize all app icons on the home screen, similar to IOS Shortcuts. I want to be able to create seamless themes (like all black icons) across all apps, not just Samsung compatible ones. "Galaxy Themes" does not give me the amount of customization freedom that I would get on IOS, and most Themes have to be bought with money. On IOS the customization is free, and much more versatile.

This does everything you just described.

Be aware that the current method of icon application can cause some visual inconsistencies. Specifically, dynamic icons (clock and calendar) will become static and lock screen shortcuts will be replaced with the icon from your icon pack.

Also, Icon Pack Studio allows you to create icon packs for all installed apps which can then be applied in Theme Park.

As @CEParsons stated Good Lock and its suite of Modules will give you crazy amounts of customization. Specifically, Themepark, Wonderland, LockStar and HomeUp!

Icon packs, changing grid size, lockscreen customizing.

My setup that I used Themepark to change all my icons. Yes, I paid $1 for the icon pack, so worth it. The 2 screen shot was achieved using Foler widget for the top 2 folders that I was able to stack 3 folders on top of each other. The other 2 folders on the bottom are standard large folders using HomeUp.
