I went to Xfinity Mobile store and swapped out for physical self and the physical symbol works. I just put in my IMEI on Xfinity Mobile's website and the phone is still says uncompatible. This is definitely my last year with Xfinity mobile

In a same boat. As of 2/7/2025 still I'm unable to switch device to s25 ultra. Customer service keeps selling me another line or random services than actually addressing the issue

The issue isn't a carrier issue. I went to my service provider twice. I bought an unlocked model, and when I'm going through the process of transferring the eSIM, it says it's locked to another carrier, even though I just got the phone. I was told to wait until the 7th, so we'll see.

Any luck today for anyone activiating their s25?  It's 2/7/2025 I still can't activate through the xFinity app where it still says my phone is locked to previous carrier.  I'm probably going to make another trip to xFinity store.
