Thought the Gallery Assistant was going to be added to the one ui 8 update

I just updated to the stable One UI 8.0 from the beta and was hoping the new Gallery Assistant was going to be implemented in it. But I guess from what I've been reading is it is still beta testing in South Korea. I was wondering if the US market is going to get an invite for beta testing also?

I don't know if it's going to be beta to the us, but I have read some reviews online and they are less than stellar. Gallery assistant is basically an "Easy Mode" for Less proficient users of the editing capabilities and really doesn't add any enhanced features or abilities.

@JesterPizzle you can download the Apk from Apkmirror and install it on your S25. I downloaded it about a week ago and so far it's been working great.

@GaryB82 Have you noticed any improvements in capabilities or is it just putting on a prettier face for ease of use as I noted below in some of the online reviews I read?

It does as it's intended; it's great if you have a lot of pictures that are sideways. I was able to make them all normal. And one of the best features of it is the resize option. So many times I've tried to email or post a picture and it's too large, and with the resize option, I can finally post and email those pictures without having to find a resizer online.
