Themes won't work with messages

I need help trying to figure out why themes don't work or special fonts don't work on my messages,was told it needed to be Samsung message appt but it is a still isnt working. Getting no help from support

Try chomp or it's sister app, Textra both are highly customizable I have used both but I love chomp and very good customer service
