I am trying to find out if anyone has smart call on their s25 ultra. I have been s25 Ultra with T-Mobile and the option for smart call to enable spam protection in caller ID is not on there.

You never said whether you have a carrier phone version.  The carriers are notorious for removing features they do not want you to tinker with, because they think they know best.  This is why the updates go to the carriers first for distribution to users. Customer service at most of the carriers are not trained to know this, but the tech support people should.  If this setting is missing from your device, it's because the carrier removed it.  if you want to stop spam calls, you can always set up do not disturb to allow only calls and texts from your contacts and keep do not disturb on all the time. If you don't want to do that, use T-Mobile's scam shield or a third party  app or different dialer.

Well then that is solved then. It was determined that neither Samsung nor the carrier are at fault and there is no other avenue for resolutions.

Actually it's not. When Samsung is telling me to go to the setting and find it that means the setting is on the phone so if anyone else out there have any ideas let me know thank you.

When you call Samsung, unless you tell them otherwise, they assume you have an unlocked phone, and the setting would be there.  When you call the carrier, ordinary customer service representatives do not know that the carrier removes some settings, therefore, they will tell you it's Samsung's fault.  The carrier's tech support division would know this.  If you don't believe those in this thread telling you that the carrier removed the setting (you still have not confirmed whether you have a carrier phone), then your only other option is to do a factory reset.  If you have a FACTORY unlocked phone, the setting should be there after the reset. There were also several options offered to you in this thread if you have a carrier locked phone or the setting does not reappear.  You are choosing not to provide information that can help people help you, because you seem to just want to complain, not get a solution.

They both might, but you are asking for help here, and you haven't told us.  Spam controls are usually found in the phone dialer settings. Open your phone dialer, tap the three dots on the top right and make sure "caller ID and spam protection" is on.  Then go into "block numbers" and select "block spam and scam calls" and then select block all spam and scam calls.  Some might still get through if they have not been reported and identified as spam.  You will have to report and block them if they do.  You can turn on block calls from unknown numbers.  What this means is that it will block calls with no caller ID.  Unless they changed the wording of the setting on the S25, there is no such thing as "smart call" - T-Mobile has scam shield.  All blocked calls will go straight to voicemail.

Try settings, touch magnify glass symbol for searching on top right and where it says 'what are you looking for?' below, type 'spam'. On mine the results for message settings are at the top but go further down the list and I found it under call settings. Good luck.
