I am trying to find out if anyone has smart call on their s25 ultra. I have been s25 Ultra with T-Mobile and the option for smart call to enable spam protection in caller ID is not on there.

On the carrier side, T-Mobile has scam shield.  On the phone itself, you can go to the phone dialer settings and turn on caller ID and spam protection.

If I see one more person post go to the three dots and click on caller ID I'm going to throw my phone. I have an s25 ultra and it's not on my phone I have T-Mobile and scam Shield is horrible. So with those two things being said I get at least 30 to 40 spam calls a day. Hopefully this clear things up and a new resolution comes about thank you both for posting.1762476035131.jpg

Select the "block numbers" option.  Block scam and spam calls should also be in that setting.  If you have a carrier locked phone, they may have removed the caller ID setting.

If you have a carrier branded/locked phone, they could have removed that setting because they want you to use their scam shield.  They are not allowed to tinker with settings on factory unlocked phones.  You can try using a different dialer app, such as phone by Google and using the spam filters in that app.  I think there are also some spam filtering apps in the Play store.

It is driving me crazy that there is not a caller ID tab once I go to the phone settings after pressing the three dots. I called Samsung and they said it was there until they did the remote access of my phone and seeing that it is not there.

Perhaps the setting is not available because that is carrier specific, regardless if the phone was bought unlocked or not. That may be an avenue to try by giving their customer support a call.

No sir. I even have Samsung to call them with me on the phone and it is just a done deal. I was just hoping someone here might know something. Customer care at T-Mobile couldn't help Samsung blamed it on T-Mobile T-Mobile blamed it on Samsung.😂😂😂
