Galaxy S25On the carrier side, T-Mobile has scam shield. On the phone itself, you can go to the phone dialer settings and turn on caller ID and spam protection.

Galaxy S25Select the "block numbers" option. Block scam and spam calls should also be in that setting. If you have a carrier locked phone, they may have removed the caller ID setting.

Galaxy S25If you have a carrier branded/locked phone, they could have removed that setting because they want you to use their scam shield. They are not allowed to tinker with settings on factory unlocked phones. You can try using a different dialer app, such as phone by Google and using the spam filters in that app. I think there are also some spam filtering apps in the Play store.

Galaxy S25Perhaps the setting is not available because that is carrier specific, regardless if the phone was bought unlocked or not. That may be an avenue to try by giving their customer support a call.
