SmartThings Find AR camera doesn't work with SmartTag2 and Galaxy S25 Ultra

Hello yerilla,

Thank you so much for posting. Welcome to the Samsung Community. We understand that when using your Smart Tag 2 with your Galaxy S25 Ultra your SmartThings Find AR camera feature to locate with green dots is missing. We apologize for this inconvenience.
The Find using camera feature relies on Ultra Wideband feature. To make sure this feature is turned on, on your Galaxy S25 Ultra go to Settings> Connections> tap switch next to Ultra Wideband on. 
We recommend pairing your Smart Tag 2 to your Galaxy S25 Ultra again. 
Open the SmartThings app on your Galaxy S25 Ultra > Press the Smart Tag 2 button. When the Smart Tag 2 pops up tap add> then follow the on-screen instructions> when complete the tags' location will display. 

Double check that you are not too far from your smart tag and that there aren't too many obstacles. 

If these troubleshooting steps do not work, 
when this bug reappears please submit an error report to provide feedback directly to the Samsung developer team.

Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and Tap Error reports.
Tap OK on the agreement popup for sending system log data.
Select Symptom category.
Describe the problem in detail and SEND.

It cannot be solved. The band Untraancha is activated and the option to search with the camera is not yet available.
