S25 ultra keeps having created folders of contacts and excel disappear from home screen. Started happening after 3rd day of using. Not sure what to do. It happened twice today
Yea just to clarify my original post, I'm not saving shortcuts to Secure Folder. They are on my normal home screen in folders. I have a few different browsers for these links as well. What I am noticing is that accessing Secure Folder is what seemed to be triggering them to remove.
This is not a new problem. It happened with my s22 ultra, and happens now with my s24 ultra. In my case, it's updates causing the issue. Good luck getting it resolved. I've found complaints on this that go back a few years. Don't believe it? Do a search.
Thanks for the info. I came from a S22U and I can say that I never encountered this issue after 3yrs of use. I hadn't found anything about it before but I probably wasn't looking hard enough.
The most frustrating thing, a few days ago, I called Samsung. The person was friendly, but their fix was to use bookmarks as well as saving to homescreen. Not much of a fix.
