Sending/receiving server response error

I suddenly keep getting the error messges when trying to send or receive photos, videos, gifs:

SENDING: server response error(wont send)

RECEIVING: Network error occured (can't get)

Sometimes suggesting: Send using link sharing

I went to 2 TMobile stores, 3 employees told me its my phone and not them. I've tried various things to fix it but the issue won't resolve.

Can anyone help?

You mentioned gif which is used for photo format so guessed that was issue

Do you use your data or wifi when sending?

Well try using one only also try clearing the cache in the settings for that app.

Try @Mark7com's suggestion first. Clear cache for Samsung Messages and try just using mobile data. If that doesn't work, contact T-Mobile as I described above.

Yes, cleared the cache yesterday and it didn't make a difference. I will try TMobile as you described and not in store. See what they say! Thanks

@thereneemh There were some AWS services today which had issues. That may have been the cause.

Great point. T-Mobile does collaborate with AWS.
