Galaxy S25I would take that in to uBreakIFix which is the officially used Samsung repair centers. Search for the nearest location and call that store describe the issue. They may be able to fix it there. If one is not close, then I would call Samsung Support 1 (800) 726-7864.
Be aware though that Samsung may reject covering that issue if it is determined not to be from a manufacturing or part defect of some kind.
