Like much of typography, there are only subtle differences in basic fonts. It could be the weight of the font (i.e. thickness of the lines), Serif vs. Sans Serif (tails vs. no tails), the shape of the letters such as "a", "e", "y" and "g", or the kerning (space between characters).

I normally can see the subtle differences (child of a typographer), The number shapes are slightly different between the two (compare the 2, 3, 7 and the 9), and very slight differences in some of the letters (you have to look very closely). Samsung Sans is a little "heavier" and the kerning is a bit wider. As @VerbumVeritum said, the better font is the one that looks good to you. If you think they both look the same, just choose one.
