I just got a S25 Ultra i switched over from Iphone. on the iphone i could be on the phone with someone and have a video playing whether it was disney plus, hbo max, etc. but on this phone i cant do that except for Youtube and hulu. I know im not the only one with this issue I've been on many sites/ seen videos that say if you do what they did it will work but again it does not. i just need to know if this is just me having this problem or if this is just a S25 ultra thing. I've seen one comment say that Samsung is saying that its the apps problem but idk. can anyone help to fix this issue or at least let me know that it cant be changed
It might work on an audio call 📞, if the video source allows background playback and picture-in-picture.. I've played music while in a call.. never tried video.. if it's a video call it might work depending on the app.. I've played videos while on video call in Facebook Messenger and shared my screen doing it.. I got good news & bad. That may simply be a carrier issue. The bad news is the 25 ultra has quite a few issues. I just switched to an iPhone. Still trying to decide if I'm going to sell my 25 ultra . The deal breaker for me was there's a major problem with 25 series & Google Play system update.
I feel really disappointed that the newest and most spectacular Samsung phone which is the Samsung s25 ultra doesn't have his own video player like all the models before this make things ridiculous insane when it comes to organization because it's mixing the pictures with the video and it's not okay this update is truly terrible and for the first time in my life I want or at least I'm thinking to change from Samsung to another brand just because this issue please please someone should fix this
