S25ultra no wireless charging

• I recently got as 25 ultra when I go to turn on for wireless charging and go to the battery I don't even see anything related to fast charging can somebody please help

Are you sure you have an S25U ? Looking at your screenshot the notification status area where your battery icon and percentage is does not look like a real S25 U. It should look like my screenshot. Even the battery page is not an official Samsung battery page.

Where did you purchase your device?

That battery page looks like android 11's battery page and I suspect this to be a fake device

I feel sorry for them. I hope they can return it, but scams being scams I don't think it is possible.

Yeah since nothing in the screenshot they provide has anything Android 16 UI 8 has me thinking 100% fake
