Galaxy S25@CeCeD Is there have a backup that is older than when the issues began? If so, try restoring a previous setup from the backup from the "Accounts and backup" in the settings menu. If that does not work, then probably will have to do a factory reset, but I would suggest taking it to uBreakiFix first, unless one does not mind doing a total reset . But if a factory reset is used, test the camera and for those issues and any others that may still show up before applying a backup. If it works without the backup being used, then that most likely eliminates the phone being the issue.

Galaxy S25@CeCeD A backup just restore the state of the phone and what was already installed from the time the backup was created. it does not backup a certain app or set of apps. If the camera jsut suddenly started haivng those issues, restoring the phone to a previous setup state may remove the issue as well.

Galaxy S25@CeCeD I think taking it to a uBreakitiFix is the best solution as the test failed on the camera as noted earlier in the screenshot. Call the closest store and if they are too far away to bring it in, call Samsung Support 1 (800) 726-7864. I should have clarified on resetting the phone too. So, if it is the camera hardware and it needs replacing, then the device will be reset regardless. That is why I suggested doing a factory reset to test it again. In the end it is up to the user adn what choice they make is OK for them.
