S25 ultra Verizon update not installing

I just traded in my s24 ultra for the s25 and I got the new update this morning gets to 2 percent and says can't update i tried again same thing

eSim can be toggled off and then back on again. It even has that function in the settings/connection/sim manager

That's true too. I think it maybe the physical cards

The SIM card? I have two phones with Verizon SIM cards; one received the update, the other did not. I will try removing the SIM card and checking it as soon as possible.

Hey, I have this message too, but when I turn my Wi-Fi off and use mobile data, it seems to work. Have you tried this?
