S25 Ultra video image jumps around when zoomed in to 5x or more.  When you zoom back out it stabilizes.

Problem is it is an INTERMITTENT issue.  When it happens it sometimes can be corrected by tapping the phone on its side.

Anyone else experience this issue?

This is normal. Image stabilization can only do so much when you're zoomed in on a small fraction of the entire view: it's the reason increasingly powerful binoculars and telescopes require a stable mount to be usable. You might try zooming in less getting as close as you can, and cropping the video down to the desired view in a video editor. The alternative is to put the phone on a smartphone tripod mount.

In addition, you may get better results by changing the camera used. The wide angle ones will probably have less visual motion to correct for a given physical motion but 5x zoom may have less detail than you are looking for using the wide angle cameras. It's also worth checking whether you can get the shot you want with less zoom using one of the telephoto cameras.

Use a stable platform, a tripod would best but you can probably hold it on a horizontal surface like a table. See if it reduces, especially if more stable horozontal than vertical. If there is any case where it is better you are almost certainly describing hand held camera shake which doesn't need an explanation, you should find masses of material on it with a web search. Most material will recommend using a tripod.

As a way of confirming it you might find a 3D accelerometer app in the app store and compare the 3D vibration in your hands versus a healthy teenager. I developed ataxia over a very short period with a single axis vertical shake that was obvious in the accelerometer. Changing my epilepsy medication resolved it in a couple of weeks.

To all those saying that the issue is my shaky hands, why is the attached video below not shaking?  Like I said in the initial post, this is an INTERMITTENT issue. ?????    Video

I have the same issue i had set it down on a flat surface with a stand to keep it upright and focusing on one thing and used my wifes phone for reference she has the exact same phone got it the same week and its a night and day difference the shaking seems to only stay while recording but when the video processes to then be watched its still, really annoying, did you ever get a fix for this? Paid way too much to have this happening.
