Does anyone else have a new S25 Ultra and it seems a little hot while using or charging? I brought mine in April SMH I use my insurance they're going to give me a refurbish phone. I didn't pay all this money for a refurbished phone. Should I just wait until the s26 ultra come out see if it's better and use my jump to trade up. I knew I didn't want to get rid of my Note 20 Ultra SMH

So when you're using your phone, are you doing extreme tasks like gaming or video editing?

Nope I'm a senior and I just be doing regular tasks text social media research no gaming. I have a laptop in the tablet. I did notice once I slept with my phone on I can't remember if it was an airplane mode or what but I haven't been listening to some music. When I tried to come out of that app I couldn't phone was acting crazy I believe it was a white light or it was flashing or doing something finally I kept messing with it and it came out of that mode and it never happened again. I've been with Samsung since the s 2, s3, Note 3, Note 4, Note 8 Note 20 Ultra never seen no cray cray before SMH

Looking at your comment, you have mentioned social media, which may be a suspect in this. And does it get really hot sometimes?

Social media apps are known battery hogs. Make sure apps like Facebook, Instagram, etc. are set to optimized in battery settings. Long press on the app icon, tap the circled "i," scroll to battery and confirm that "optimized" is selected.

It gets hotter when it's charging and it's a new Samsung battery the 45 watt. It doesn't get over barely hot but because I'm using a popsocket I can tell

All phones heat up when being charged, especially if you're using it while it's charging.
