Galaxy S25Hi guys
My S25 Ultra stylus has just stopped working all of a sudden.Tried every test and solution without any luck.Took it in to Samsung Durban and they said it is an issue with the stylus sensor of some sort on the phone.
They rejected my warranty claim due to a small 2mm chip on the phone and I dont even know how that was caused as the phone had never fallen.
This is completely unfair and the standards and treatment is absolutely terrible.I had contacted Samsung Head office with no response as well.
Is this fair to a customer who has a brand new phone which is still under warranty.
I have attached an image of the chip which they says voids the warranty

That said, you may want to review the fine print of the warranty for your device. There is probably specific language in there about what can void a warranty claim.
