Sorry but the Bluetooth functionality was removed in the Spen which allowed you too use the pen as a shutter button

You can't, pen doesn't have Bluetooth anymore

Possibly the dumbest decision Samsung has ever made. So disappointed.

That's not true. I was using it to snap pictures when I first got the phone, but there was an update that changed it. Now I can't use the S-pen for the camera shutter anymore

This is true since the spen in the S25U has never been able to take pictures since Bluetooth was removed from the pen.

Bro this is straight up the Mandela effect. The s25 ultra has never once a day in its life been able to remotely take pictures via S pen I've had it since day one and I've had every Ultra before that they physically removed the hardware this wasn't a software update that disabled any modules. The hardware physically doesn't exist even if Samsung wanted to give you remote shutter capabilities they couldn't so definitely the Mandela effect in play here ๐Ÿ˜‚

Is there going to be an update to allow the S25 Ultra S pen button to be used as a camera shutter?  It is the only reason I bought the S25.  I certainly assumed they'd not take this useful feature away when I already had it on my S22 and used it ALL THE TIME.  Why would they take this away on new and supposedly more advanced Galaxy versions?   Please let me know if this is being looked at by Samsung, as there are plenty of people who were relying on this feature.  If it's gone forever, what suggestions do you have for taking pictures without having to touch the screen?
