Is anyone getting random Gemini pop-ups in the middle of watching or listening to something? At first it didn't bother me much, but lately I'm at my wits end with the nonsense. I'm literally just holding the phone (mindful of not touching any side buttons) and the Gemini prompt comes up. Even if my phone is lying flat on a surface playing, the Gemini prompt randomly pops up!
Having said that, I am interested in keeping Gemini in lieu of Google. When I go to settings, then Apps, them Gemini, all notifications are "blocked." So, I have no idea why this is happening.
I was hoping once I received the new update (1UI8) it would correct itself, but it hasn't, so I figured it has to be something I'll have to do myself. Any help, suggestions, anything? Thanks in advance.
