How can I become a developer to to test the beta version of one ui 8 (i don't see the pop up in samsung members)

There would be a banner after announcement for the ui8 no idea when that will be

Not currently it's on beta 4 for ui7

So how can I become a tester

Will need to wait for the beta testing to start

But it's already started the beta for 7 and i don't see the banner

It fills up fast so can join the current beta
