How can I become a developer to to test the beta version of one ui 8 (i don't see the pop up in samsung members)

The ui7 beta isn't allowing people to join at this time

One UI 7 is what is currently in beta. Samsung only allows a limited number of users to join the beta.

If you want to join the next beta, you will need to be pretty quick to join (you don't necessarily need a developer account to join the beta)
