Hi everyone,
I have a serious issue with Now Brief on my Galaxy S25 Ultra (SM-S938B).
The feature opened only once when I first set up the phone, but after the first update it completely stopped working.
Every time I try to start Now Brief, I get this error:
โPersonal Data Intelligence keeps stoppingโ
I already tried everything:
โ clearing cache and data of all Intelligence/AI modules
โ reinstalling updates
โ safe mode
โ removing updates of system apps
โ restarting
โ November patch update
โ Smart Switch repair (not working)
Nothing helps.
This feature is important because it is linked to Galaxy Watch sleep data, wake-up briefing, weather, goals, and daily routines.
Logs already submitted in Samsung Members โ Error reports.
This seems to be a bug in One UI Intelligence Core / Personal Data Intelligence service.
Please forward this issue to the engineering team.
