Now Bar "Sports from Google"

So firstly the phone is a beast compared to my previous one.

Anyway. 

So the Now Bar for "Sports from Google," wasn't working when I first got my phone. Used ChatGPT to kind of help me figure out what could be an issue. Both of us just stumped.

I always have AOD switched to "On" (as it is right now). It isn't On, screen is just black. I just happened to glance at my phone just now, Sports notification for one of my teams for a game tonight, just showed up. 

What is going on?

TLDR; AOD works OOB. Now Bar doesn't work OOB. Changed nothing settings wise. Now it's reversed.

I am having the same issue of having no live notifications with the now bar. I've tried everything list here and still no live notifications for the now bar.

I have had my S25 Plus for over a month and have not been able to get live notifications to work on the now bar. My phone is totally up to date I have the Google sports set in the on position with my sports teams selected. I have lock screen notifications on. I have had all the other options for live notifications in the on positions basically since I got the phone and have never gotten one live notification. Please help!

I haven't found a single use for now bar. Works literally never. Disabled it.
(edit) Omg I just checked and it's not disabled lol, just doesn't work at all.

Hi ! Is anyone else having an issue with the Now Bar not displaying sports scores? I have checked and re checked the ON tab, I have restarted the phone, made sure my favorite teams are checked off and that all permissions have been granted. Please help with any suggestions to get this working! Thank you!

Question for anyone who is using Google Scores and following any NHL teams, having you seen it populate in your Now Bar yet?

Yes, huge hockey fan here! Mine all of a sudden started working last weekend (conveniently when I had to attend an event and couldn't watch the game). There's been 4 games since it started working, and it's worked for 3 of the games. I'm currently watching the MN Wild game vs Colorado and it worked tonight.
