Non stop notification vibration and sound but no notifications

Im going insane, nice catch showed me whats making my phone go off constantly but even after silencing the settings app notifications and rebooting it keeps happening. Sometimes its fine but when its not the notifications are non stop. Anybody know what could be causing it?

Have you tried clearing the phone's cache?  If that does not work, you may have to do a factory reset and restore your backup.

You can first try rebooting into safe mode and see if it's still happening.  If it happens in safe mode, I suggest the factory reset.  If it does not happen in safe mode, that would indicate some third party app is interfering with the notifications and Nice Catch is blaming the settings app because it cannot determine the actual app doing it.  If it just recently started, either uninstall the last app you installed, or turn its notifications off.  If you turn its notifications off and the behavior stops, you found your culprit.

Yeah, it's been in on and off problem since I got the phone a couple weeks ago. I haven't tried to clear the cache though, so I'll give that a shot.I didn't think about it
