Galaxy S25There is no actual voicemail app for a smartphone. Voicemail is provided by the carrier the user has for their mobile phone service. Now perhaps the carrier may have their own voicemail app . But to access voicemail (with any carrier), one has to open the phone dialer, press & hold the number 1 key briefly and that will activate the voicemail service.

Galaxy S25Your carrier may have its own visual voicemail app, if it supports visual voicemail. Some don't. If you do not have a visual voicemail app or your carrier does not support it, you will have to retrieve your voicemail the old fashioned way - through pressing the "1" key on the phone dialer and listening through each phone message. You may be able to use another carrier's visual voicemail app, or you can try switching your phone dialer to Phone by Google, which has visual voicemail integrated into the dialer.
