Galaxy S25I am seeking help with my new Samsung Galaxy S25+ phone. I traded in my S23+ and I am regretting it because there are new Bluetooth issues that I am experiencing that I never experienced with my older S23+.
I listen to everything with three Bluetooth devices that I swap between regularly: Samsung Galaxy Buds3, Samsung Galaxy Buds Live, and the Sony stereo in my vehicle. I use these devices to listen to Spotify music, and to watch videos on YouTube and TikTok.
With both pairs of earbuds, sometimes the volume will spontaneously raise and lower in Spotify when I'm listening to music. I have no idea what is triggering it in the middle of playing a song.
With both pairs of earbuds, sometimes the audio will cut out near the first quarter of a video in TikTok and YouTube, and then I have to wait for the audio to start again.
Connecting to my car's Sony stereo for the first time in a day, I will sometimes experience 10 seconds of really awful stuttering audio until the connection fixes itself.
All of these things have one common denominator: my new Samsung S25+ device. What is causing this to happen? Is my hardware broken despite the phone diagnostics saying the Bluetooth is Normal? I also went to see if I could clear the Bluetooth cache, but the button was greyed out and not selectable and there didn't seem to be much to clear.
