So for the past 4 days I have had to change my wallpaper back to Dynamic wallpaper because for some reason every morning I get up its back to the original wallpaper that the phone came with. Never had this problem before. Does anyone know what to do.
Try clearing the wallpaper app data 1. Open Settings. 2. Select Apps 3. Tap the "three lines icon" and enable show system apps 4. Locate wallpapers & Styles or any variation that points toward the built-in service that deals with wallpapers. (Should be two wallpaper apps) 5. Open it and select Storage. 6. Clear data and restart your device
Also, A third-party wallpaper app (that you may have downloaded) may be causing this behavior. Inspect the app settings and look for the feature (setting) that automatically changes the wallpaper daily.
Hello, thank you for the feedback. We have identified that dynamic wallpapers (Colors) may not function properly during certain daytime hours. We are working on an app update version of Samsung Wallpaper to improve this situation, so please make sure to keep your device’s app version up to date through the Galaxy Store.
The update will be rolled out gradually. The schedule and version number are subject to change and may differ depending on your region or carrier.
Thank you so much! I switched my wallpaper to a non Dynamic one yesterday and it didn't change this morning, so I was going to post that this morning - that it's definitely the stock dynamic ones. We'll be watching for the fix! : )
