Go to settings/general management/reset/reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings then opening and click reset. This will reset the device's connections to both. Note any paired Bluetooth devices will need to be paired again.
Then power down the phone by pressing & holding the volume down & the side (power) buttons at the same time. Choose power off. Then press & hold both the volume up & side buttons at the same time until the recovery screen shows.
Using the volume buttons, move the highlight over "Wipe cache partition", click the side button, use the volume button to choose "Yes" and click the side button. It will default to "Reboot system now", just hit the side button again & it will restart as usual.
Login to the Wi-Fi network and see how that works.
