My phone seems to want to pair with the neighbors smart TV but not my earbuds that are RIGHT NEXT TO IT. It's been scanning endlessly for minutes and it WILL NOT acknowledge the ear buds existence. Is there anyvwax to fix this ? Is there any way you directly pair Bluetooth devices somehow? Why is the Bluetooth UI and settings so limited?
