Many Ringtones and Notification sounds missing on the S24 Ultra to S25 Ultra

I just upgraded from the S24 Ultra to the S25 Ultra. After migrating I noticed that many of the S24 pre-installed ringtones and pre-installed notification sounds were not found on the S25. After numerous calls to Samsung technical support I was able to have a ticket opened to hopefully address this.

I made a list of the S24 and S25 so that everyone can see what changed/removed

I AGREE 100%. As we have more ability to customize down the notification and type and app and each contract, THEY SHOULD NOT GIVE YOU LESS (aka remove some) than on previous phone, if anything you should get MORE. How stupid. i just switched and i have tones been in use for 5years for diff contacts and vips and 3 or 4 are missing .  I need the following tones brought back:  ORION and SPACELINE.  Can you add to your list.  I REALLY WANT THEM BACK

Orion and Spaceline are there and shown as NOT present in S25. The list is long!

I just upgraded. I need Satellite back. It is the only one that I can hear from inside my purse fast enough to answer. I was so glad that my alarm clock had the same tone. This may not seem like a big deal for some people but for those of us who have trouble with change it is a big deal. I didn't even want a new phone. I only upgraded because my old one broke, lol.

You can find Satellite with Zedge.  There are many sounds loud enough to be heard from within a purse or bag, you just may find them unpleasant. I find Satellite exceedingly so.

Yep. I wake up to comet for years now and expected it on my s25. They decided that "morning xylophone" was the appropriate match. How hard is it to not subtract stuff? Why has every single developer adopted these anti consumer "you get what you get and you don't get upset" practices?

Just pick a sound you like or think is equivalent.  Or get Zedge and download the old sound. And, it's not that "they" decided "morning xylophone" is equivalent to "comet", it was probably the next sound in the list in that category.

I pulled the files from my old phone. But I don't know why you are so offended. We keep buying a brand we like, because we like it, and then the brand changes to try to be more like some other brand... and one day it's no longer the brand we like.

As many others said, there was no reason to delete this, and folks shouldn't be advertising some third party app solution that may or may not even be safe or effective when the simple answer is, don't delete the exiting library of sounds thar folks have been using since their s20s (and maybe further).
