Many Ringtones and Notification sounds missing on the S24 Ultra to S25 Ultra

I just upgraded from the S24 Ultra to the S25 Ultra. After migrating I noticed that many of the S24 pre-installed ringtones and pre-installed notification sounds were not found on the S25. After numerous calls to Samsung technical support I was able to have a ticket opened to hopefully address this.

I made a list of the S24 and S25 so that everyone can see what changed/removed

I will look at Zedge if Samsung does not directly address my issue. I have been a Samsung Galaxy S user for a very long time and feel that Samsung should address this issue as well as in future phones to come

I totally agree with you. I have different text tones for all my different family members and assigning everyone a new tone just gets confusing. With having a Zedge account all the tones transfer to the new phone. Best thing I ever did.

I have one ringtone that I have used for YEARS !! My son composed a piece of music. And I downloaded it for my ring tone. And altho its did transfer to this 25u. I can not use it. It keeps returning to the awful default ring tone

I agree. I have been a galaxy girl since they came out with the galaxy. They need to fix it immediately
