I got stuck on talkback for days it would not stop talking I did everything to try and get it off .I would turn my phone off and somehow talkback came back on and all it did was talk and talk I couldn't move it or get out of there I couldn't call anymore, I'm disabled and live a lone ,can't leave my house because of terrible unbearable chronic pain all through my whole body. Someone finally stopped buy and called att&t for help it took them a long time to get it off the a while later the nightmare started up a again talkback was back . It took me a long time but got it turned off again. I so afraid of this happening again It was terrible.
Do you have the accessibility icon on and keep accidentally hitting it to enable talkback? If so turn the button off. Also, go to settings/accessibility/talk back and make sure it's off. Also make sure the talkback short cut is off.
