LockStar, Issues with Lockscreen Gallery Widget

I just updated my S25U to 0ne UI 8. I had a 3D effect lockscreen that I did with Wonderland and Lockstar but now after the update, the cutout image on top of the wallpaper and clock is coming thru with a black background. I redo everything again and also did it with an image with a transparent background and still not working like it was with UI 7. 

Anyone else having this issue? Any suggestions?

So you press on the fingerprint while on the lock screen? I do have the latest version, while we're in the topic, have you gotten the new clock animation to work? I've tried everything.

Yes. You may or may not have to sideload the new version if it doesn't show for you in galaxy store.

Which new clock? The dynamic clock that wraps around the subject of a photo?

Yes, I've watched a million u tube videos, I have the latest version, I know which clock to select, I only use people and my dog and nothing happens

Could it be the specific photo you are using? It will not work with multiple wallpapers, has to be just one.

I find it has a difficult time detecting the subject depending on the image. You could also try using a frame so the time wraps around the frame and not just the subject.

I'll try again, thanks, I do use more than one pic, I have them set to rotate, maybe that's the problem

I had the same issue according to Google samsung no longer supports transparent background.
