Lock screen charging animation

I had this problem with my s22 and having it again with my s25 ultra, every time I plug in my phone wile it's locked, it doesnt show the charging animation. I think I have a setting that's preventing it from displaying because before I transferred my data from my s22, it showed the animation. But after transferring the data, it didn't show anymore.

Charging animation only shows briefly now, when the cable is first plugged in.

But charging info can be toggled in settings > battery > charging settings.

It's on. But they replaced the charging animation with now brief ??

As far as the occupied space in the status bar, yes. It appears they prioritized Now Bar over charging info.

It's a charging animation. It's meant to tell you that your phone is on the charger properly when you plug it in. Why would you need it to be visible at all times? If you turn on "show charging infomation", the status will still show on the lock screen and AOD.
