Issue is with CANDY Crush Soda

Attempt to X off a page but upper right hand corner is not working. Even unable to turn off annoying sounds of game. Uninstaller and re installed, same thing. Cleared cache in game. Restarted phone a bazillion times. 

Maybe I need to contact CC ppl. Any advice?

Yes, you would need to contact Candy Crush. The developers should know the issue of their app.

Have you tried tapping the square button in the navigation bar to exit, then close out the app since the X isn't working?
