Galaxy S25
Hey, I've been seeing my Instagram Reels freeze for the last couple of days. My Wi-Fi and connection are fine. I've cleared the cache, reinstalled the app, and restarted my phone a bunch of times. Has this happened to you, and do you know how to fix it?

Power off your device once powered off hold the power button and the volume up button simultaneously until the samsung logo appears then stop holding the power button but continue to hold the the volume up button until the android recovery screen shows up and use the volume up and down keys to go up and down until it says wipe cache partition then press yes or ok and once its done up key until it highlights reboot system now

Check your data usage settings.
Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data(or Vice Versa)
So, if you’re on Wi-Fi, try switching to mobile data. And if you’re already on mobile data, try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network.
I would reach out to Instagram to report if you are still having issues.

If the issue persists after you have exhausted all basic app troubleshooting steps, it is likely that the issue is with the app itself.
Instagram features a "shake to report" feature. When the error occurs again, shake the device and send an error report.
Additionally, you can contact support by emailing instagram-android@meta.com
