Have you changed the password and two-factor authentication to all of your accounts so they no longer have access to them? That's probably a better question to ask than what developer tools they used.
Two factor is default for many sites, but finger print of both forefinger's for banking works very well. It takes a few steps to get fingerprints set. But it's worth it.
For thirty years I use two bank accounts where cash card is fed only what's needed for online purchases. The main account is never used for online purchases.
So, by chance, cash card is ever violated, all that's possible is a few dollars. Cheers
