How can I enable RCS messages?

Hello there Samsung community can you help me out how do I change my text messages to an RCS message and not SMS message thank you for the pointers

Turning on RCS;
On your device, open Google Messages .At the top right, tap your Profile picture or Initial  Messages settings.Tap RCS chats.Turn RCS chats on or off.

In Google messages, tap your initial and select messages settings. The first item is RCS chats, tap that and then activate it, and choose your settings. Don't forget to toggle on resend as SMS, in case your recipient does not yet have RCS. This will resend an RCS message as SMS in those instances.

Yes, all your messages will come and go as RCS as long as the sender/recipient has RCS, otherwise it will come and go as SMS to/from those that aren't using RCS.

Hello @realaud one more thing . Now I have it turned on, so do people I send have to turn it on also ? Just wondering because some I can send to snd others it wont.

To send RCS messages, the receiving party will also have to have an RCS capable messaging app and have RCS turned on.  If you go to the RCS settings in Google Messages, you can turn on "automatically resend as text" and those recipients who do not have RCS or have RCS turned on, or if for any reason the encrypted message could not go through, will receive the message as plain text, not RCS.  You will be able to visibly see who has RCS.
