Group Chat not working S25

When I upgraded from the S22 to the S25, everything seemed to move smoothly. Then when I went to use the Google Messages, I was removed from some group chats, but I am still in others. I cannot create new group chats, they keep sending individual messages. I checked, RCS chat is turned on, my phone number is connected to the new phone, I cannot figure out how to fix this. any help is appreciated.

I moved from the S24U and all is working fine on my end.

Went from a s22 to an s25+ last night. Had major problems getting Messages to import via Smart Switch. Eventually got it figured out. Just to find out that I was removed from a significant majority of group chats. My friends were all getting messages that I was leaving chats. I've learned that if there's an Android user in the group they can add you back in. If not, you're **bleep** and have to start a new thread with everyone. After 45 minutes on 2 calls with Verizon today, they said this is an issue for many moving to the s25, and it's across carriers, which suggests it's a Samsung issue. They told me they've quickly escalated it because of how many complaints and tech support calls they've received and they have reached out to Samsung. I'm really irritated by this. My hypothesis is that this has to do with users who previously used Samsung Messages, then were switched to Google Messages a while back when they forced everyone. The issue is buried somewhere in there...

I just upgraded from the S23 to the S25 Ultra. I am having major problems with Google messages and saying I left the group chat. It is only group chats with all iPhone users. The groups that are mixed with android/iPhone weren't effected.

Not sure if Samsung will take notice if more people are on this thread but chalk another person whose group RCS chat stalls and doesn't allow it to open. I thought I got around it by changing my two contacts to only text using SMS/MMS.

So I'm not going crazy?  I've spend hours resetting things on my new phone.  I tried finding Samsung Messages to put on, and that didn't work.  My family can see each others' replies, but I can't see any of them.

I'm in a similar boat. I'm not booted from chats, but I'll get half the messages. The other half show up as a text from an individual in the chat as "not available".
Upgraded from an s24 ultra to an S25 ultra and the problem persists.
