Well, that's why. One UI 8 devices are being prevented from updating, for whatever stupid reason.

Btw, my OnePlus 13 (running Android 16) updated to November earlier. So this is clearly a Samsung thing.

I know it and it makes no sense at all. Why not just give it to everyone at the same time ?

There's obviously some kind of rationale behind it. (Gatekeeping features, perhaps?) Not that they'll ever tell us anything. Why should they? We're just the lowly customers who keep their profit-making machine going. Am I salty? Yeah, little bit. 🤬
