Galaxy S25Every time I open Gemini, to try and do a live chat, the button doesn't show up and if I hold the side button on my phone, I'm able to see the button to enter live chat. And when I press it, it says, this feature is currently unavailable, what do I do to fix it?

Galaxy S251. Check for updates: Make sure both your phone software and the Google or Gemini app (if it appears separately) are fully updated. You can check for system updates in Settings > Software update.
2. Clear cache: Go to Settings > Apps > Google (or Gemini if it's listed), then go to Storage and clear the cache. If that doesn't help, try clearing data as well (note: this may reset some preferences).
3. Try another Google account: Sometimes Gemini features are only available to certain accounts. If you're signed into multiple Google accounts, try switching to a different one in the Google app.
4. Use voice command: If the side button works but the chat feature doesn't load, try saying “Hey Google, open Gemini live chat” to trigger it.
5. Regional limitations: Gemini live chat might not be available in all countries or on all devices yet. This could be why you're seeing the “feature is currently unavailable” message.
6. Try from a desktop browser: Visit gemini.google.com and see if the live chat works there. It might give you more info or let you access the chat from a different interface.
If none of these work, it may be a server-side issue or a delayed feature rollout. You can also send feedback through the Google app or the Samsung Members app.
