Galaxy s25 ultra no notification of calls on lockscreen

hello, i have buy and backup up the data from my s23 to my new s25 ultra but when some one calls and the phone is locked no notification on the screen, only sound. i am using google phone app. i am the only one with this issue?, already i have verify all the permits. no problem solved yet.

Go into app info (long press icon, tap circled 'i'), tap notifications, and make sure notifications are enabled for lockscreen.

You can also use Good Lock's NotiStar module to list your notifications on the lock screen, in case you miss any.  They stay hidden until you tap the unhide icon, but you will always be able to see them on the lock screen, and more than just the three that are normally allowed.
