I've had my Galaxy Watch Ultra and S25 plus since about April thus year. For some reason my watch will not recognize my phone under Bluetooth so I can no longer connect them

Reset the Bluetooth connections.

Go to settings/general management/reset/reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth setting, then reset them. That will clear all Bluetooth paired devices from the phone and they will need to be paired again. This will also reset the Wi-Fi connection as well, so just login again to reconnect. See if that helps.

Something is wrong with the Samsung wearable app. My Ultra watch shows that it's connected in the Bluetooth menu but it won't pair using the wearable app so I can't setup the watch. I've cleared all the cache settings and even factory reset my watch. There's nothing wrong with either my phone or the watch. It's the wearable app! My devices were connected just fine until I installed the latest Samsung update for my S25 Ultra. Now my watch is nothing but a paperweight. It's totally useless because without the app you can't even get to the watch setup menu. Extremely poor design and worse software. Probably created by AI=Garbage!

Hey guys I keep having an issue where my galaxy s25 does not recognize my watch anymore and I have to reset my watch frequently after my watch has died I have to pair the watch and restore it from a backup, so I'm wondering if this is something wrong with the phone and I should bring it to T-Mobile or if it's something with the watch and I should contact Samsung

Why do you let your watch battery completely deplete?

Have you made sure the Wear app and Galaxy Watch manager are up to date?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Wear app?  It may be more of a problem with the watch than the phone.

Have you run a diagnostic on the watch?

If you are near a uBreakiFix or other Samsung authorized service provider location, you can have both evaluated.
