Galaxy S25I don't know if the problems are linked or separate. My S25 Ultra will occasionally freeze up. The touch screen will not respond. If I press the power button, it will return to the lock screen, and I can log back in, but it still doesn't respond. I can't sweep down from the top to access any menus. I can press and hold the power and volume up buttons and either power off or restart the phone. Once it restarts, everything works normally.
The other problem is that the phone randomly buffers. I have 4 blue squares in the center of the screen that rotate around in light blue and darker blue shades for several seconds, and then, the normal functions return.

Galaxy S25Option 1: in Samsung members app go to the support page and run phone diagnostic, it will do a basic test for the front/rear cameras during the diagnostic
Option 2: go to your phone app and dial *#0*# , this should bring up a testing menu. Select mega cam (back cameras) and front cam to make sure each camera is working.

Galaxy S25☆ Follow Samsung’s Best Practices Guide
In particular, clearing device cache is an important practice in order to clean up junk files and keep things running smooth.
See the guide here: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/Best-Practices-After-an-Update/ba-p/3200871?src=Shar...
☆ Use Samsung’s Good Guardians
Download Good Guardians and run its various modules. These modules optimize performance and can identify unusual behavior.
Download Good Guardians here: https://apps.samsung.com/appquery/appDetail.as?appId=com.android.samsung.utilityapp
Hope this helps!
